Without conceit and so amazed, the soldier becomes the stalwart. Bolstered by belief and unconditioned love, the madman leaves the genius untouched. A match made on Baker Street, blessed by the Detective Inspector.
This weeks Trifecta Trifextra challenge:
This weekend we’re asking for 33 of your own words about a famous trio. The trio could be from literature, from history or from pop culture. Just make it yours and have fun with it. Good luck!
I couldn’t help myself…
As a Sherlock Holmes fan, you post has my absolute blessing. Not to mention my delight in reading it! Awesomely cool stuff this!
Thank you very much, I’m glad you enjoyed it ๐
Interesting. Sherlock would love it, I am sure!
Ha, well that would be high praise indeed ๐ Thanks so much for reading!
elementary ๐
Indeed, sir ๐
This is a lovely description of a most unconventional trio. ๐ I was wondering if your third person would be the diabolical nemesis, the Napoleon of Crime, but your choice worked out wonderfully.
You know, that was my first thought. Moriarty is a stand alone psychopath though. Plus, I think Lestrade deserves credit for not being the stereotypical ‘I don’t need your help, quit stepping on my toes’ kind of cop ๐
Very apt-always loved Sherlock ๐
Yup, doesn’t even matter which version but I’m currently gnawing my fingernails for season 3 from the BBC ๐
oh,oh,I read the book-never saw any serial or movie ๐
Great idea and an inspired write. Voting is now open!
